Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all hosting services and 30 days for annual plans from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions: The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase. The account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service. No prior refunds should have been issued for the same account.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations: VPS & Dedicated Server services are non-refundable. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Additional services, such as SSL certificates or other professional services, are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds are not applicable after the initial 7-day period following the purchase.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@Inhostify.in or submit a request through the client area within the 7-day period. Provide your account details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and process the refund accordingly.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3 days and issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 7 additional days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
