      This agreement outlines the terms under which InHostify will provide website cloning services to the Client.

2. Intellectual Property Rights:

• The Client acknowledges that the original website may contain copyrighted material, trademarks, and other intellectual property owned by third parties.
• The Client confirms they either own the original website or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to create a clone.
• InHostify will not be held liable for any copyright infringement resulting from cloning a website without proper authorization.

3. Legitimate Usage:

The cloned website must be used for legitimate purposes including:

• Redesigning Client's own website
• Creating a new website inspired by the original with substantial modifications
• Educational or non-commercial purposes with proper attribution
• Demonstration or portfolio purposes with appropriate disclaimers

4. Prohibited Usage:

The Client agrees not to use the cloned website for:

• Deceptive or fraudulent purposes
• Passing off as the original website
• Competitive purposes against the original website owner
• Any illegal activities or violation of third-party rights

5. Modifications and Differentiation:

• Client agrees to make sufficient modifications to the cloned website to differentiate it from the original.
• These modifications should include changes to branding elements, content, and visual design.
• InHostify may recommend necessary changes to comply with legal requirements.

6. Indemnification:

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold InHostify harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from copyright infringement or intellectual property violations related to the cloned website.

7. Termination:

InHostify reserves the right to terminate services if:

• The Client is found to be using the cloned website for illegal purposes
• InHostify receives a valid legal notice regarding copyright infringement
• The Client violates any terms of this agreement

InHostify does not provide legal advice regarding copyright law. Clients are encouraged to                          consult with a legal professional before proceeding with website cloning.

3. वैध उपयोग: क्लोन की गई वेबसाइट का उपयोग निम्नलिखित वैध उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाना चाहिए:

• क्लाइंट की अपनी वेबसाइट का पुनर्निर्माण
• मूल से प्रेरित होकर पर्याप्त संशोधनों के साथ एक नई वेबसाइट बनाना
• उचित श्रेय के साथ शैक्षिक या गैर-वाणिज्यिक उद्देश्यों के लिए
• उचित अस्वीकरण के साथ प्रदर्शन या पोर्टफोलियो उद्देश्यों के लिए

4. निषिद्ध उपयोग: क्लाइंट क्लोन की गई वेबसाइट का उपयोग निम्नलिखित के लिए न करने पर सहमत है:

• भ्रामक या धोखाधड़ी उद्देश्यों के लिए
• मूल वेबसाइट के रूप में प्रतिरूपण
• मूल वेबसाइट मालिक के खिलाफ प्रतिस्पर्धी उद्देश्यों के लिए
• कोई भी अवैध गतिविधियां या तीसरे पक्ष के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन

5. संशोधन और विभेदन:

• क्लाइंट क्लोन की गई वेबसाइट को मूल से अलग करने के लिए पर्याप्त संशोधन करने पर सहमत है।
• इन संशोधनों में ब्रांडिंग तत्वों, सामग्री और दृश्य डिजाइन में परिवर्तन शामिल होने चाहिए।
• InHostify कानूनी आवश्यकताओं का पालन करने के लिए आवश्यक परिवर्तनों की सिफारिश कर सकता है।

6. क्षतिपूर्ति: क्लाइंट क्लोन की गई वेबसाइट से संबंधित कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन या बौद्धिक संपदा उल्लंघनों से उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी दावे, क्षति या कानूनी कार्रवाई से InHostify को हानिरहित रखने पर सहमत है।

7. समाप्ति: InHostify निम्न स्थितियों में सेवाओं को समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है:

• यदि क्लाइंट क्लोन की गई वेबसाइट का उपयोग अवैध उद्देश्यों के लिए करता है
• यदि InHostify को कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन के संबंध में वैध कानूनी नोटिस प्राप्त होता है
• यदि क्लाइंट इस समझौते की किसी भी शर्त का उल्लंघन करता है

8. अस्वीकरण: InHostify कॉपीराइट कानून के संबंध में कानूनी सलाह प्रदान नहीं करता है। क्लाइंट्स को वेबसाइट क्लोनिंग के साथ आगे बढ़ने से पहले किसी कानूनी पेशेवर से परामर्श करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है।
